10-Workout Challenge 2018

Can you complete 10 workouts in 2 weeks?

They did. 


We challenged the Shanghai community to complete 10 workouts in the span of 14 days, and 270 people rose to the challenge. And of those 270, a whopping 119 people completed all 10 workouts within the day limit!

We battled high AQI throughout the challenge, requiring us to move to indoor spaces and jump into action. Our amazing sponsors and volunteers worked around the clock to ensure participants had access to safe spaces. We certainly wouldn’t have completed the challenge without our team of FitFambassadors who went above and beyond.
