What should you bring?

What you’ll need is your own bodyweight and… that’s it.

All of our workouts and fitness sessions are designed to be accessible and adaptable to everyone - from toddlers to grandparents, and pretty much everything in between. Most of our FitFam workouts are based on High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of active rest. That said… we also offer a variety of extra sessions.

Expect no more than a couple of burpees.

This has been our bread and butter since our early beginnings in the winter of 2015. All FitFam sessions are volunteer-led, and thus every workout differs based on a leader’s workout plan, although common exercises include classic and creative variations of exercises such as squats, push-ups, planks, and burpees… Lots of burpees.
