10 Years of Sweating and Connecting

FitFam is an community-driven social enterprise focused on making fitness accessible for everyone. We’re all about helping people get healthier and connect with each other—inclusive of all backgrounds, ages, fitness levels and financial status. Our story kicked off in December 2015 when a few friends started meeting at LuwanStadium for early morning 6am workouts. What began as a small, dedicated group quickly grew, attracting more and more people who wanted to join the fun.

We’ve created a supportive atmosphere that not only encourages fitness but also fosters friendships and life-changing experiences. From conquering 10ks to seeing marriage proposals during workouts, the energy is contagious. Rain or Shine, FitFam brings people together for that collective sweat and celebration of progress. We are cheering each other on, proving that fitness is way more fun when you do it as a team!

Our volunteer leaders are the heart and soul of our community, learning, preparing and leading great workouts. They give back to the community selflessly and are driven by your gratitude.

This month, we’re celebrating our 10th anniversary since FitFam first launched in Shanghai, and we're still delivering free fitness to the community. Our goal is to share this vibe globally over the next decade.

The HAI host a fantastic party in Shanghai, where inspiring stories were shared by FitFam leaders Windy, Shen and Cory, and Jo amazed us with a violin performance of Por Una Cabeza. We wrapped up with a fun plank competition to win DEKAfit tickets. Thank you to everyone who came and celebrated with us.

The following day, we had a classic FitFam Burpee and Brunch on the Bund workout at West Bund, capturing great moments thanks to Beibei and our awesome volunteer leaders for orchestrating a great workout!
