This year, the 2023 theme of International Women’s Day was #EMBRACEEQUITY

Our FitFam females are a strong force within leadership and participants at FitFam globally, accounting for more than 50% of participants and leadership.

FitFam is a safe place, where we are there to help motivate you, give you knowledge and to purposely move your body. Since 2015 we have been helping connect and empower women from all walks of life. These are the faces you still see on the field and virtually daily.

All of our volunteer leaders, were once participants and know all too well the intimidation that comes from going to a new gym or not knowing how the correct movement techniques. At FitFam we are here with no judgement and to help guide you be your best and to get you to your goals. We are your cheer squad and your accountability partner.

FitFam is firmly committed to quality workouts, which are meaningful and most importantly FUN, these have been the cornerstones of our organisation. And as we rebuild from a tough few years we will continually keep these values alive.

FitFam is a social enterprise and does not operate to generate profit. Any revenue generated from events and apparel is used to pay for technology development and maintenance that keeps our community running and growing. Our dream is to bring free fitness across China and beyond.
